You should prepare a sale agreement, enlisting the property transaction details, such as name and CNIC numbers of buyer and seller, date of transaction, payment terms, token money, balance payment and date on which balance payment is due, agent commission, any other expenses involved in the process and responsibility of paying these expenses, and any other details relevant to the transaction. The completed sale agreement must be produced at the office where the property record is registered. Both seller and buyer must be present to complete the transfer of property ownership in your name. In some cases, overseas clients can appoint legal attorney to complete the procedure on their behalf.
