5-marla Bahria Safari Homes

8-marla Bahria Safari Homes

Awami Villas 1 to 6
Awami Villas are simple into 6 different units from Awami Villas 1 to Awami Villas 6. Awami Villa 1 & 2 mostly comprise fiber home units. Then, there are 3-story buildings in some Awami Villas, featuring 1 house unit in every story. The size is approximately 2.5 to 3 marla.

A complete Awami Villa in a building costs around Rs 28 to Rs 35 lakh.
In Awami Villas, there are two types of units available: standard and premium. Premium houses have improved tiling and build quality and are generally worth Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 2 lakh more than the standard types.
Safari Villa 1, 2 and 3
Safari Villas are split into Safari Villa 1, 2 and 3, situated in different parts of Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phases 1 to 7. Safari Villas are exquisite gated communities that offer an excellent lifestyle. Few units are offered for sale. Safari Villas enjoy excellent rental value.
Safari Villa 1 and 3 are located in Phase 1 to 6, while Safari 2 is built near the main GT Road entrance of Phase 7 and 8.
Overseas Blocks 1 to 7
The Overseas Blocks feature some of the most impressive housing units in Bahria Town Phase 8. It is characterized by all the modern amenities of life you can possibly imagine. Phases A to I have possession at the moment, whereas the phases J, K, L, M, N and P still lack possession.
Safari Valley
Safari Valley is located around Business District commercial where Bahria Head Office is currently situated. It features 5-marla and 7-marla units in Ali, Umar, Abu Bakar, Usman and Rafi blocks.

5-marla plot is available in the range of Rs 26 lakh.

Garden City
