Keeper

  • This is like the CFO of a company
  • You have to be willing to spend money in order to make money
  • Writing down your expenses puts you in a better position to make the right financial decisions; it also gives insight into how to best manage your finances in order to advance to your goals

Doer

  • This is the last hat Ryan wants you to wear in order to be a successful real estate agent
  • You need to actually go out there and do things
  • Show that house, send that email, make that phone call. I mean, enough talking, just do it already!
  • So many people miss opportunities just because they think too much and act too little. Don’t be that person!
