The society has joined hands with Fazal Rabi Enterprises for linking the society to Japan Road that also runs from Islamabad Expressway. The road bridges Islamabad and Rawalpindi to Kahuta and acts as a by-pass for passenger cars travelling from the twin cities to Kahuta and onward.

The new land that has been procured by Senate Housing Society is being developed as two new blocks of the society. When the development work completes (expected in 1 year), these two blocks will be closest to the society's main entrance.

New plot bookings are open for 7-marla plots being developed in this CDA-approved housing scheme in Islamabad. Total cost of plot is just Rs 12,50,000. The payment plan for Senate Housing Society is very flexible. Initially, you only have to pay a down payment of Rs 375,000 while the remaining payment is payable in six quarterly installments of Rs 145,833 only. Plots will be ready for possession in 1 year.
